What do you like most about the working culture at Beready Technology?
Be Ready's culture clearly emphasizes three aspects: honesty, friendliness and professionalism, and boldness and initiative. I believe all three are important, as they lay the foundation for each employee to adjust their work style to fit the environment and help Be Ready grow stronger. While I appreciate all three, if I had to choose one, it would be honesty — because honesty is the foundation for the other two. It’s the most critical quality for building trust, especially in an online working environment like Be Ready.
How has the company provided opportunities for you to grow personally?
Be Ready gave me the opportunity to develop leadership skills, to use efficient work tools including AI, and to make independent decisions related to my position. From that, I’ve strengthened skills such as decision-making, negotiation, and data management.

What makes you most confident when introducing our products/services to customers?
The thing that gives me the most confidence is Responsibility. I don’t sell just to help the company survive a few days — I build long-term relationships. What keeps customers with us is trust, and to earn that trust, I always take full responsibility when any issue arises. For example, if a customer purchases a Guest Post and the website has an unfixable issue, I’m willing to switch to a better one or provide a 100% refund. This is just one of many situations where fulfilling a promise creates long-term loyalty.
Can you share a “wow” moment when you helped a customer succeed with our product?
I think it's when new customers, who had never heard of backlink247, decided to top up and make a successful purchase after a sales consultation — and then said “wow” because they saw that backlink247.com is truly legitimate and delivers results.
