Be Ready Technology

Binh Le

Founder and CEO

Every ship needs a captain, and so does every company or organization. The leader doesn’t necessarily have to be a visionary or a great figure, but simply someone with enough heart to make judgments, set direction, and manage the team toward collective development.

This article captures the thoughts of Mr. Lê Chơn Nhựt Bình about his “spiritual child”:

What do you think is the key factor behind Beready Technology’s success so far?

Be Ready Technology has succeeded by focusing on people development and building a strong company culture, with technology serving as a supportive tool. Be Ready Technology believes that technology constantly evolves, but if people know how to keep learning and apply their knowledge effectively, that will be the key for Be Ready Technology to weather all ups and downs.

What is the core vision you always want to pursue for the company?

Be Ready Technology aims to build a healthy working environment, where everyone who has the opportunity to work here can both earn a good income and continuously learn and grow.

Which technology or project that you’ve worked on feels the most meaningful to you?

Every project at Be Ready Technology makes me proud, because each one brings convenience to someone, helps them save time, and achieve their goals. Among them, the “project” of building Be Ready Technology itself — a place where every employee feels happy working — is what I find most meaningful.

Can you share the aspect you feel most fulfilled about when leading this team?

Leading the Be Ready team brings me joy every single day. Seeing a united team, always ready to support one another, working hard and playing hard together, growing through our youthful years side by side with people who share the Be Ready culture — that is something truly wonderful.

What advice would you give to young people who are building and developing their careers in this field?

For young people, especially in the tech industry, I recommend first asking yourself whether you truly have passion. It’s easy to figure out — do you feel excited every time you sit in front of your computer to work? Do you feel happy when you create something and others use it? When things go wrong or errors occur, do you enjoy finding out the cause?

Besides that, choose a good working environment and a boss who genuinely wants you to grow — that can be the foundation for your start. Because sometimes, even if you have passion, the wrong environment can hold you back.

Thank you, Mr. Bình, for your sincere sharing.
With appreciation!
